Hicorp Held the First Session of Special Training & Assessment of Finite Element for Technicians in 2019
In order to improve the technological innovation ability of technicians and promote the development of Hicorp, Hicorp Training Center organized special training activities for five stages of ANSYS finite element analysis in Dec, 2018. To test the quality of learning, combining with the training plan and the competition requirements for skills, we organized the first session of special training and assessemnt of finite element at Technological Center on 21st April 2019. Twenty-eight technicians from Textile Machinery Company, Heavy Industry Company and Auto Parts Company participated in the competition.
The skill competition was included written test and practical operation. It not only checked the mastery of finite element analysis theory ,but also tested the practical application. Professor Chen Guangqing and Dr. Tian Heqiang , from Shandong University of Science and Technolgoy, had given the questions and scored the papers.
At the beginning of the competition, all the technicians answered the questions carefully, and the atmosphere was tense and orderly. The assistant invigilators Yin Huaixiu, Duan Jing, Ma Hengyin and Wang Huanxin enforced strict examination discipline to ensure the fairness of the examination. In line with the principles of fairness, strictness and impartiality, we invited the teaching team of finite element analysis of Shandong University of Science and Technology to assess together. After grading and on-site acceptance, Li Dezhi from Heavy Industry Company won the first prize with a total score of 190 points; ZhuangHuixian and Zhao Shanpeng from Heavy Industry Company won the second prize; Liu Na, Liu Xiaokai and Dong Lei from Heavy Industry Company won the third prize; Ding Fengxi, Xiao Changwei, Shanhaiyan, Pangchen from Heavy Industry Copampany won the execellent prize, and Fu Hongwei from Textile Machinery Company won the participation award with excellent performance.
In the light of communications and learning, the post-competition topic-setting team and the judgement teachers commented on the finite element competition. Dr. Tian Heqiang carefully explained the difficulties and inspection points in setting the topic ,shared the experience of finite element analysis, and asked everyone to adopt the training to daily practice and improve themselves.
Technicians are an important driving force for theHicorp's technological innovation and product innovation. Through technological competition, the learning quality was assessed , and created a learning atmosphere of “Learning, competetion and surpassing”. At the same time, according to the training quality, we could stipulate training plans for the next step, and let everyone learning by doing and doing by learning, improve our skills, to lay a solid foundation for our sustainable innovation and development.
